The Downstairs Gym

Our downstairs gym is a combination of our cardio equipment including bikes, rowers, treadmills, cross-trainers and steppers.          

There is also a full range of free weights, upper body and leg machines as well as a core and stretching area with swissballs.

If you are a beginner to the gym or maybe just getting back into your training this is the perfect place to start. Our gym instructors can get you underway with an easy to follow program on how to use the cardio and weight machines.  There is always an instructor or personal trainer to help you out with your technique or to answer any questions you may have.

So if you are looking to get fit, lose some weight and tone up then we can get you on the road to better health and fitness.
